CSDA High School Student Video Contest

San Diego Chapter of the California Special Districts Association is sponsoring a high school video contest. Four winners will receive a $1,500 cash award ($1,000 to the student(s) and $500 to the school)  by creating a 1-2 minute entertaining and creative video educating the public about Special Districts.

The theme of the contest is “What’s So Special About Special Districts”.  The video should be designed as a public service announcement that increases the student's and general public's awareness of Special Districts in San Diego County.
