Ms. Goodrick oversees the day-to-day operations of the Administration Division, which is comprised of Administrative Services, Customer Service, Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources and Safety and Risk Management. The Administration Division provides support services to other divisions and departments as well as District customers and the Board of Directors.
Ms. Goodrick has over 29 years of experience in accounting, finance and administration; she served as the Finance Supervisor for Vista Irrigation District (District) for four years before becoming Director of Administration. Prior to joining the District, Ms. Goodrick worked for Physical Rehabilitation Network, LLC where she was the Assistant Controller. In addition to her responsibilities as Director of Administration, Ms. Goodrick serves as the District’s Assistant Treasurer. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant.
