NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Vista Irrigation District will hold a public hearing in its Boardroom located at 1391 Engineer Street, Vista, California, on Wednesday, November 5, 2025, at 9:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, to consider and respond to all timely written legal objections to proposed water rates and charges and determine whether clarifications, further review or reduction or abandonment of the proposed water fees is warranted in accordance with Government Code sections 53759.1 and 53759.2. Only legal written objections that were received by mail or hand delivery by 5:00 PM on Wednesday, October 15, 2025, at the address listed above will be considered. All interested parties are invited to observe and participate in this public hearing to express opinions and/or present evidence relative to this matter.
