Pechstein Beam Reinforcement Project In 2018, the District conducted a comprehensive seismic and structural evaluation of its largest reservoir, Pechstein. Results of the evaluation concluded that some components of the roof were structurally deficient. Vista Grande DriveThe District is installing approximately 5,000 feet of various size waterlines on Vista Grande Drive, as part of the District's Mainline Replacement Program. Construction on Vista Grande Drive is anticipated to be finalized in Summer 2022.
Mason Road and Osborne StreetThe District is relocating and replacing a system regulator and installing approximately 1,350 feet of 10-inch PVC pipe between Mason Road and Osborne Street, as part of the District's Mainline Replacement Program. Construction has been completed and final paving will be completed in Spring 2022.
Mira Sol Drive The District is installing approximately 2,080 feet of various size waterlines on Mira Sol Drive, as part of the District's Mainline Replacement Program. Construction has been completed and final paving will be completed in Spring 2022.
San Clemente Drive and San Clemente Way The District is installing approximately 3,100 feet of various size waterlines on San Clemente Drive and San Clemente Way, as part of the District's Mainline Replacement Program. The San Clemente Drive portion of the Project is completed and San Clemente Way construction is anticipated to be finalized in Fall 2022.
