Pechstein Beam Reinforcement Project In 2018, the District conducted a comprehensive seismic and structural evaluation of its largest reservoir, Pechstein. Results of the evaluation concluded that some components of the roof were structurally deficient. HB Reservoir Repair ProjectSeismic retrofits and structural repairs are needed for Vista Irrigation District’s HB Reservoir to minimize earthquake vulnerability and ensure the safety, security, and reliability of the water supply.
Montgomery Drive The District has completed the installation of approximately 5,300 feet of new pipeline as part of the District's Mainline Replacement Program. Final paving is pending. Construction may affect traffic on Clarence Drive and York Drive.
WarmlandsThe District is installing an 8-inch waterline in Warmlands Avenue, as part of the District's Mainline Replacement Program. District has completed the installation of the mainline and is awaiting final paving.
York DriveThe District is installing an 8-inch waterline in Clarence Drive, 10-inch waterline in York Drive, 8-inch waterline in Kent Place and an 8-inch waterline in Devon Place, as part of the District’s Mainline Replacement Program. Project construction is roughly 75% complete and is anticipated to be finalized in April 2021.
E43 Regulator Relocation and UpgradeRelocation and upgrades are needed for Vista Irrigation District’s E43 Regulator in order to increase accessibility and ensure the safety and reliability of the water supply.
