In accordance with State of California Health and Safety Code Section 116470(c), notice is hereby given that Vista Irrigation District will hold a public hearing in its Boardroom located at 1391 Engineer Street, Vista, CA 92081, for the purpose of accepting and responding to public comment on Vista Irrigation District's 2025 Triennial Public Health Goal (PHG) Report.

The public hearing will be held at 9:00 AM, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, on Wednesday, October 15, 2025. All interested parties are invited to attend said public hearing and provide comment relative to this matter. Written comments should be directed to the attention of the District Board Secretary and will be received at the address noted above until 9:00 AM on October 15, 2025
