In alignment with the State’s reopening plan, the District will reopen to the public on June 21, 2021. The Vista Irrigation District lobby and engineering counter will be open to the public during normal business hours Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. On June 11, 2021, the Governor issued Executive Order N-08-21, which ends the statewide mandate on the suspension of service disconnections on September 30, 2021. The District will resume service disconnections along with associated fees for accounts more than 60 days past due on October 1, 2021. We encourage you to make every attempt to continue to pay your water bills as normal. If you are unable to pay your bill, please contact us during normal business hours at (760) 597-3120 to discuss payment arrangements.
