The Vista Irrigation District (“District”) will be accepting proposals from qualified contractors to perform final paving on Cassou Road in the county of San Diego.

The District needs an experienced Class A – General Engineering Contractor or C-12 Earthwork and Paving Contractor to perform final paving in coordination with the District’s mainline replacement project on Cassou Road.

The District will provide a three-week lead-time to schedule work for this job.
A job walk on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. is mandatory. Job walk meeting location is at the intersection of Cassou Road and Easy Street.
