NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors of VISTA IRRIGATION DISTRICT  invites and will receive sealed bids for the Deodar Reservoir Rehabilitation  Project until 2:00 pm on Thursday December 14, 2023 local time at the Office of the District, 1391 Engineer Street, Vista, California 92081.

The work generally consists of replacement of the roof for a 1.3 MG circular prestressed concrete water reservoir, new paving, new retaining wall, fencing, valve replacement, and other site civil and mechanical improvements.
